Integrated Management System

Integrated Management System

Audits by the Group Certification Body to assess the compliance of management systems to maintain and renew the company’s ISO and UNI certifications were successfully concluded in 2025, with a new integrated approach aimed at optimising the Poste Italiane Group’s management systems. The activities carried out ensured the maintenance and renewal of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Workers’ Health and Safety), ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 (Information Security and Protection of Personal Data and ICT Systems), ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement), ISO 29993 (Training Services) and UNI 11402 (Financial Education) certifications. This is the result of a structured strategy and action plan that allowed for the introduction of innovative operational aspects in the audit processes, enhancing internal competences and bringing out and sharing all the best practices gained. The integration of Management Systems continued afterwards with the joint verification of ISO 37001 (Prevention of Corruption) and ISO 37301 (Integrated Compliance), which further confirmed the effectiveness of the approach undertaken. At the same time, the integration path for the UNI/PdR 125 (Gender Equality) and ISO 30415 (Diversity & Inclusion) certifications was successfully achieved, together with the UNI/PDR 159:2024 (Inclusive work for people with disabilities) certification that the Poste Italiane Group obtained in 2025.

Integrated certification allows the Poste Italiane Group to enhance the entire organisation through a greater focus on processes and service levels, using measurable parameters for the achievement of objectives, better visibility of common objectives for all parties with which the Poste Italiane Group deals (e.g. employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, the market, institutions), the use of a common language, a single reference for documentation and data management, the alignment and optimisation of operating methods, the optimisation of resources and better integration of skills.
