Group revenue in 2025 had a record value, amounting to €13,121 million, an increase of €532 million compared to 2024 (+4.2%) with the positive contribution of all Strategic Business Units.

The adjusted operating profit (EBIT)1 in 2025 stood at €3,245 million and recorded an increase of €283 million (+9.6%) compared to the value of 2024 (€2,961 million).

Consolidated net profit for the year 2025 net of the contribution from the equity measurement of the investment in TIM SpA stood at a record €2,220 million, an increase of €207 million (+10.3%) compared to the 2024 figure (€2,013 million).

Group net debt/(funds) increased from €4,344 million in December 2024 to €5,643 million in December 2025, with a total increase of €1,299 million, equal to +29.9%.

The change is composed as follows:

The Group’s net debt/(funds) at 31 December 2025, showed funds of €5,643 million, an improvement of €1,299 million compared to the values at 31 December 2024 (when it showed funds of €4,344 million).
