Institutional relations portal

With the aim of strengthening the control and governance of relations with Institutions, Poste Italiane continues the implementation of the Institutional Relations Portal, based on a CRM dedicated to the collection and management of requests, meetings and contacts with local Institutions, pertaining to the six territorial coverage posts, and with central Institutions. Through the Institutional Relations Portal, all institutional interlocutions are subject to systematic monitoring and reporting, ensuring adequate tracking of information and data, functional to assessing both the content and qualitative impact of interactions, and the reporting and quantitative trend of communications.
