Training Plan for the Legal Affairs Function

In the course of 2025, with the aim of responding to the needs that emerged within the Legal Affairs function, guaranteeing constant updating of skills in the forensic field and ensuring the high quality of professional services, a training plan was launched to develop skills in the following areas: legal; individual productivity; artificial intelligence in the legal field. Specifically, upskilling training courses - with the acquisition of useful training credits for the CNF - were carried out on topics that are currently of particular relevance: “Tools for enterprise crisis management”, “National and European regulations on underwriting” and “The new Regulation 910/2014 for the Poste Italiane Group: use cases”. The aim was to provide resources with practical skills for more effective data management, better organisation of activities and smoother digital collaboration.
