Education activities
The Financial, Digital and Postal Education programmes continued in 2025 with the aim of increasing citizens’ awareness on topics of financial inclusion, technological evolution and sustainability in logistics.
Regarding financial education, the “EDUFinTOUR ROAD SHOW” tour continued, which, compared with the 2024 edition, was characterised by the launch of specific focuses on investments by BancoPosta Fondi SGR experts and the start of collaboration with municipal authorities, the venues for the events, in synergy with the Institutional Relations function. To increase the financial literacy of young people in secondary school, a new series of in-presence conferences called “EDUFinTOUR young” was also launched. For secondary school students in particular, a new dedicated path in the series “A scuola di economia” has been released on the Financial Education website of Poste Italiane. The Poste Italiane Group’s Financial Education website has also been enhanced with a series of podcasts dedicated to women entitled “Generazione EF - Al femminile”. In addition, the usual monthly webinar programme dedicated to the topics underlying good financial planning (also with subtitles and LIS interpreter) continued.
Regarding Digital and Postal Education, webinars were organised covering topical issues, including Artificial Intelligence, exploring its practical aspects and applications. With a view to developing relations with the territory, the digital education tour “Occhio alle truffe” (Watch out for scams) was launched, an initiative realised in cooperation with Institutional Relations. Based on the same collaboration, a conference entitled “Educate, Prevent and Protect” was organised at the Campidoglio. Meetings with schools were also launched with the events “Digital Generations: growing up and living in a hyper-connected world” held at the Casina Poste during a day dedicated to bringing together several generations of citizens. All events featured experts and institutional guests as speakers. Finally, new in-depth multimedia content has been produced and is available within the web sections dedicated to the routes.
